2. Structure and Function of DNA - Making a DNA Model and Gene Expression

3. Preparation of Culture Media for Bacteria

4. Testing the effectiveness of antiseptics and disinfectants on bacteria.

5. Testing for antibiotic resistant bacteria

6. Extracting DNA from fruits or vegetables

7. Micropipette techniques using dye samples

8. Electrophoresis using dyes

9 & 10 . Restriction Enzyme Analysis of ( ) DNA; Methylene Blue Staining Techniques

11-13. Profilig of genomic DNA from cheek cells

14. Anastasia - recovering the romanovs

15. Name the gene

Students who show a keen interest in the life-sciences can join the life-sciences club and engage in middle and high end research.
