| Training is integral part of Dunman’s leadership programme. This is done at either the school level (eg. Annual Outdoor Leadership Training Camp, Outward Bound School) or at the Leadership Unit level (eg. Council Camp, Class Committee Training). The Secondary 3s have also undergone a customised Secondary 3 camp, to also impart leadership skills of communication and working together as a team. |

These are but few of our leadership platforms for our young Dunmanites to hop on. As the young leaders develop, they constantly seek advice and feedback regarding their performance from either teachers, senior leaders or even ex-leaders. The 360? Leadership Performance Feedback serves the purpose of providing information for this dialogue. This year, our leaders had to evaluate their performance on-line. Based on the recommendations from the Radar Chart, Leaders, together with their teacher-mentors will be in a better position to improve themselves as they move up the leadership hierarchy, or assume greater responsibilities to serve the school.
