TITLE: Isolation of total DNA from bacteria

Status: Continuing protocol with different objectives.

The isolation of high quality DNA from bacteria is necessary for protocols that require DNA for downstream applications. The team will be trouble shooting and refining the protocol for isolation of total DNA from bacteria and its use in downstream applications.
