Our top student for 2009, Tan Eng Meng received the $1000 Ng San Tiong Award for being the top pupil. Raymond received the $500 Ng San Tiong Scholarship Award for being the top Normal Academic student not only in Dunman Secondary but the whole of Singapore. Chan Wai Yin, the top NT student received the $300 Dunman Secondary Alumni Award. The Distinctive Dunmanite Award went to Jane Sea.

We would like to congratulate Ms Lim Guat Hong, Senior Teacher for being conferred the Commendation Award by the President of the Republic of Singapore and for receiving the long service award for 20 years of dedicated service to Dunman Secondary. We would also like to congratulate Ms Jacqueline Yew, Head of Department for English for being conferred the Efficiency Medal.

The Indian Dance, Chinese Dance and Malay Dance groups thrilled everyone with their fine performances.
