Dunman Secondary School celebrated its 45th Anniversary on 15 November 2008 with the theme, “Celebrating 45 years of Distinction”.  The event was held at the school's new hall. The Guest of Honour for the event was none other than our most supportive Chairman of the School Advisory Committee, Mr Roland Ng San Tiong who graduated from Dunman Secondary School in 1968 as the top pupil from the Chinese Stream.  Mr Ng’s wife also hails from Dunman Secondary.  Coincidentally Mr Ng also received the Businessman of the Year Award, this very same year. We would like to thank Mr Ng for his generous donation of $100K and for his unstinting support of the school.

Guests at the event included former Principals and Staff of Dunman Secondary School. They were treated to videos, pictures and recollections of the past by Mr KK Das, Mr Wilfred James, Mdm Fu from the Chinese alumni and ex-students on Dunman's staff. The talented staff of Dunman Secondary put up a memorable concert for all guests.
