Traditional Games

To commemorate Racial Harmony Day, the PE department of Dunman introduced to its students some of the games that their fore-fathers and mothers had played during their time. Games such as “Green Spot”, “Five Stones”, “Poison Ivy” and “Hantam Bola” were taught to them. They were amazed at how simple, but enjoyable these games were when they played them.
Creative Games
In order to consolidate all the knowledge and skills that each graduating batch of Dunman students have learnt over the four (or five) years of physical education, Dunman PE Department introduced the Creative Games module to each graduating class. The idea of is module is for the students to design and play their own unique interesting games applying all the games concepts and skills that they have been taught.
Sports and Recreational Club

Dunman Secondary School’s Sports and Recreation Club’s (SRC) goal is to encourage greater participation of physical recreational activities like sports and games for all its members. With the support of professional external coaches and trainers, and committed internal student leaders, SRC this year embarked on an ambitious project of introducing three exciting new activities, namely tchoukball, in-line skating and archery for the first semester of the year. and hip hop dancing and bowling in the second semester.
Keep Fit Club
Formerly known as the TAF club, Dunman Secondary School Keep Fit Club aims to look into the holistic well-being of its students by engaging them in wholesome fun filled activities like kangoo jumps as well informative talks and sharing sessions by external and internal health promotion experts.
Due to the close partnership with school leaders, teachers, parents, students, canteen vendors and external health promotion providers, Dunman Secondary School was able to win the Gold Award for the National Physical Fitness Award (NAPFA) time and time again. Below are some innovative health awareness pamphlets done by students for students in ensuring that they live a responsible and healthy life.
