In the year 2008, both our “B” Division and “C” Division Boys participated in the annual East Zone Table-Tennis Tournament. Not only did our “B” Division Boys achieved 4th in the East Zone Tournament, we did our school proud by obtaining the Sustained Achievement Award as we maintained our record of being the top four in the East Zone for three consecutive years.

Reflection by our members....

To me, Table-Tennis is very thrilling. Most importantly, it is enjoyable. When I play Table-Tennis, I can feel an adrenalin rush through my body. This is the exhilaration I get from playing the game. It challenges me physically, mentally, and emotionally. As the Vice-captain, I am glad that my juniors and friends respect me and I can get along well with them.

I joined Table-Tennis because it is fun and interesting. I enjoy playing the game  because I can relieve my stress and make new friends.

My father introduced this game to me two or three years ago and after playing it a few times, I was interested in it. Even though I am not a pro and kept losing, I learnt to persevere through playing the game.

Highlight of the year .. East Zone Tournament...

Our effort finally paid off when we managed to clinch 4th position in the East Zone Tournament. Despite tough challenges during the group stages, our determination and discipline during the training sessions contribute to the success of our team.

Representing our school in the East Zone Tournament was a great honour to me. I would like to thank the teachers for supporting us all the way. It was a great experience for me.
